How to collect money from your debtors

First send them a demand letter which clearly states how much is owing and a deadline to pay. If ignored you can file a Plaintiff's Claim and serve this upon the Defendant(s). This will force them to act and if they still choose to do nothing then you can apply for default judgment and immediately start executing the judgment.
